We want you to be 100% happy.  If you have an issue that is outside of our return policy, please email help@wpdesignlab.com

The following are all the additional details our attorney says we have to have.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and before you have completed any 2 labs. 

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please email customer service at help@wpdesignlab.com to begin your refund process.  Please include your proof of purchase and email address used when purchasing the product.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return request we will confirm that you are within the 14 days and have not completed the course. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

 

     ●     Any single-use digital product and Courses after the 2nd lesson.
